What Is Having a Style?

Having a style is one of the things that define who we are. Let me explain myself. By having a style, I don’t mean having super expensive clothes or driving a racing car. Having a style comes from your daily mood and the way you feel about the world around you. Stylish people don’t really flex with what they are wearing. They do it with their inner energy. Their aura makes them look so good. Their positiveness makes everything they wear look so wanted. Think about people representing the most expensive brands, like Beckham, representing Calvin Klein for more than a decade. Okay, he is a sex symbol, a big name in the history of the international sport, and of course, he is handsome as hell. But why him, why not somebody else. Because of his aura, because of his smile, because of the feeling you all have when you see him wearing the new CK underwear. He can make everything look so good because he feels so good in his skin. So, you want to feel as good as him by wearing CK. And this is reliable for everyone representing the big fashion companies. Ronaldo, when he smiles and when he represents the new Adidas Man. United jersey, Messi when he is using the new Gillette gel for his beard, Lebron James when he smiles, and the next shoot is his own shoes, representing Nike, the NBA, and Hollywood.

How to Express Yourself!

I always felt different than the rest. Not close to anyone I know. Fashion is one of the things which I always used to express myself. The way I feel and, most importantly, the way I want to feel. Dress for what you want to be, not for who you are right now. I mean if you feel like you need a change, you need a new job, a new place, your clothes should change as well. Leave your old hoodie, put your sneakers in the closet, go and buy yourself something new. Something that will make you feel great in your skin, something which will define your new beginning. I’m sure you all wanted some aspects of your life to change. Start with fashion, your confidence will grow, and you can progress better and more efficiently. Don’t forget to match the new with the old: your favorite clothes and the new ones. A combination of both will be the best version of your old self, the present, and the future you.

How to Find My New Me?

Here are some interesting tricks I will share with you:

  • If you are looking for clothes you can’t afford, try some of the second-hand shops. I found my favorite festival flower Kimono in one of those shops.
  • Give the clothes which you are not wearing anymore to people who can’t afford them. They are special places where you can leave them, and they go to kids with no families or people without a home. This will make you feel like a better person.
  • Think of what you are missing in your wardrobe, save some money, and buy it! If you ever wanted a suit, get one. If you only wear suits, because of your corporate job, get yourself, joggers, and trainers. Go and run in the forest. Make yourself happy.
  • Have a different perfume for your different moods. Don’t use the same one for going to work and having a date. My advice is when you are at the airport, always check the duty-free shops. They always have some great deals like 2+1 or some big discounts. I always get myself at least one new perfume before catching the plane.
  • Get some accessories to boost your confidence. I have a special necklace from a black coral, which I bought from a small shop in Cuba. Believe it or not, for me, it’s magical. I know, while wearing it, if I wish for something sooner or later, it will become a reality. Believe me, it works. So, wherever you go, travel, or are in your home city, always look for some accessories that will add some bonus points to your self-confidence.

It’s Not About the Money

Most people think that men’s fashion is deeply connected with the financial situation. No, it’s not! Men’s fashion is about style. You can look classy, with a simple T-shirt, jeans, and a good haircut. You don’t need a million dollars to look sexy. Think of people like Bill Gates, a billionaire driving an old car and presenting his new billion-dollar software and hardware with a simple white shirt. I recently read an interview about a famous NBA player who bought a Gucci T-shirt for 700$. He said, in the end, it is just a simple piece of cloth, which you wash, put in your closet, and forget about it. There is no point in spending tons of money just to feel rich. Rich people don’t care. They care about feeling good in their skin. So, this is my advice to you all, wear what makes you feel good, not just because it’s a brand or a trend.

Future Fashion

Men’s fashion will develop in a strange and unknown way, as it always does. Things from the past are now more modern than ever. So, I believe you should not care that much about what is modern today. Because most probably it wouldn’t be modern tomorrow. Just wear whatever feels good on your skin. Wear something that will make you feel you are your own Superhero.
